Scope of Services
In addition to the Post-Tensioning System which is considered our core service, we provide a wide range of other engineering services. Our scope of services are as follows:
1. Post-Tensioning

Manufacturing , design, supply, and installation for post tension system
- Manufacturing:
Post-tension system consist of several parts including: Ducts, wedges, strands, grouting pipes, chairs, Anchors…etc. part of which are manufactured locally and others are imported.
- Designing of post tension:
As a contributor solution to some of the outstanding architecture requirements and structural problems, we provide a complete set of designing (or redesigning) documents to our clients, with respect to specifications, codes and environmental conditions. We complete our scope professionally with the aid of latest design versions of relevant programs like; STAAD, RAM, ADAPT…etc.
- Installation:
Thanks to our loyal crew, we implement our precise design into the appointed structure in accordance with the program of work. We are grateful to mention that we have the tools to ensure capability of solving all uprising site problems throughout the project.

2. Concrete Protection, Maintenance and Repair
Throughout our work we ensure a full protection of concrete and constant maintenance and spontaneous repair.
3. Reinforced Concrete Design
Although we recommend post tension system for our clients, yet sometimes it is uneconomical to use it, so we provide them with a convenient conventional reinforced concrete design instead.
4. Drawings
We provide our clients a detailed set of structural drawings from Schematic to As-built stage, in addition to relevant shop drawings and Bar cutting list.
5. Planning and Scheduling
Plan-it-control-it, this is one of our fundamentals. Planning ensure adequate completion within scheduled time. Monitoring Actual progress verse the Planned throughout the project is our tool.
6. Value Engineering
Value engineering is a ratio between Function and Cost. We include it in our design as well as in our construction procedures with a high satisfactory level.
7. Quantity Survey
Upon receiving an approved BOQ, we prepare our quantity survey related to our scope of work to be reviewed and documented. It is also a reference data in preparing cash flow and variations.
